I am looking for someone who is experience in PSD to Joomla conversions. I will supply 1-3 PSD designs and I need them converted perfectly into a Joomla template.

I have a set of rules that the winner bidder MUST abide by. Please bid accordingly.

•All hand-coding with semantic, SEO friendly code
•Pixel-perfect conversion (must match the PSD exactly)
•You will never use our design files, assets, notes, etc. for anything other than my project(s)
•XHTML/CSS must be commented
•Table-less coding
•W3C validated in both XHTML and CSS
•EM-based layout (so it can be re-sizable). This is negotiable and is not mandatory
•Must be able to create dynamic drop down menus
•All code written must be written for Joomla, in a modular way, for dynamic content.
•Must meet deadlines
•Must have good communication skills
•Must be an expert at Joomla
