I have a Template Monster template that I need to add CMS functionality to. The site is very basic and one page needs a listing of Real Estate offers which can be updated by the client on a regular basis.

I will be doing the design and coding of the html for the remainder of the site but I need help with the CMS part as well as training on how to use to add the information to the site.

I have 2 weeks to complete this project.
