I'm looking for a developer who can create a Twitter application that is similar to:
howinterestingareyou.com - please try out this site + twitter application before you read on.

What it should do:
> Based on a simple website design approach (that of above mentioned website)
> Website/App doesn't need OAuth integration - user simply types in a Twitter username to find out more info. For example...
If topic created is, "Are you a real gamer?" (http://howinterestingareyou.com/t/14)
once they submit form with their username (no password required!)
application then goes to that profile and scans the past 100 tweets.
> An area to the right of site for advertising as per above site.

What will results be based on?
I want the back-end of this application to be accessible to me so I can add new "Are you X?" type questions when I want. Results will be based on a list of keywords that I can enter per "Are you X?" question.

So for "Are you a real gamer?", I would see this working so I can add such words to a database as:
- PS3
- Playstation 3
- Game
- Gaming etc, etc...

So, the more times these keywords are found in tweets, the higher the SCORE.

How should the score work?

1 point a keyword from database list is mentioned.

Please note: I need this to work so each new question I develop and add to the database - it can have its own set of keywords (no master list!).

Looking 'basic' as per above mentioned website - there are several key pages I need:
- Homepage with master list of questions
- Search function to find a quiz
- Quiz page broken down how it is shown on above mentioned site
- Profile page per twitter user (as above site showing score details)
- URLs are to be SEO 'friendly' - so quiz page should be distinctive and readable in URL and so should Twitter user pages that are generated.
