Stunning Website/ Flash Designer with attention to detail needed to create a website that has CMS update ability. Please do not apply if your skill is programming and you are not very graphically inclined. Detail with graphics, colors, layout and incorporating flash elements are important on this one.  Finally, it will need a simple CMS (Content Management System) that allows for changes of text, photos and an events section.  This website needs to be started and completed by: 3/26/2010.
