The project it to replicate the UI and design and web-related functionality of website http://www.precisionpolling.com/

Telephone related functionality is not needed. Only the UI and Form related functionality is needed. The output of the form could be in XML.

We want a web-based UI whereby our customers can set-up the cal flow of IVR (interactive voice response system) quickly. The customer is not a programmer, so a graphical approach would suit him better.

A typical IVR application will have the following building blocks

0. answer the call
1. Play some audio file
2. Play some text (by automatically converting it into sound)
3. Prompt the caller to speak and record what he speaks into an audio file
4. Prompt the caller to enter digit(s) and store them to some variable
5. forward call to some number
6. read something from database
7. store something in database
8. repeat some action N times
9. take a decision (if then else)
10. hangup

I looked at the website http://www.precisionpolling.com and liked it.

Any other ideas you might have will be welcome.

Please let me know how much will it cost if I were to replicate the UI and front-end of this website. One the form is filled by the user, we can get the result in some XML like format. Thereafter, we will take care of the phone related stuff.
