Needs: 
-non-page refreshing login (don't need user ability to register, but need admin to be able to 'add accounts/users')
-page-edit mode allowing registered users to edit only the part of the page tied to their login. (Think of a grid layout and user1 can edit only user1 block of the grid) 21 blocks/21 users
-based on multi geographic business, so different cities = different pages to edit..input welcome on this

Consistent work available for a good Ajax programmer, so treat us right. One other project I can start you on immediately after this one.
