Currently I think it stores members information separately, one by one.
We will need to make the code show and send all the info in one page only. (see attachments)

There are several custom fields needed and possible custom programming.
“Reg_Form.pdf” is how the final registration form should work.

1. Advisor adds there info
2. Then he/she adds all the students
3. Each student will have separate fields
4. A payment "total" will need to be calculated and shown on the receipt but NO processing needs to be done.
5. The record should be visible in the backend as one registration with one receipt.
