 I am looking to redesign my website using wordpress you will create

1. Create PSD
2. Coding
3. Move my old website to new wordpress site with redirect pages. ( minimum 20 pages should be moved and redirection pages created so that I do not lose the backlinks and PR. You should also leave instructions on how to do the remaining moving and re direction )
4. I have a wordpress blog and SMF forum . I would like them to be integrated with the website.
5. Adsense integration. I would like a plugin that would allow me to switch off adsense on selective pages.
