I need 2 business logos designed in the following formats and to be used on my websites.

JPG (for presentations / web / other similar type of use)

GIF (for presentations / web / other similar type of use)

EPS (for professional print)

Also the file format for Word stationery with the logo to be implemented on

    Word letter document

    Word billing document

    Word fax document

For the cartridgefast site, I want a logo to incorporate the fact that the cartridges will be delivered fast. I want to a character to be part of the logo design. The character will be known as 'Colin the Cartridge' Look at http://www.999inks.co.uk logo and I want Colin to look similar to that.

I also want Colin holding stock that is being rushed to the customer.

Also pictures of Colin in all 4 seasons spring, Summer Autumn, winter. One in England football kit for the world cup and one in Xmas get up.

Also one picture of Colin asking the customer if they need help.

I would like the following colours to be visible - 

Light Green, Aqua, Yellow, Red and Blue

With regards to stationery shack I am open to any design. I just want it to convey some stationery message.
