Okay here is what i need done.

I need a search engine that accepts zip codes. Evertime a zip code is entered it needs to pull the ads that are only associated with that zipcode. Those ads need to appear for the rest of the time they are on the website or unless they type in another zip code.

It would be great to have an easy way to manage the ads in the back end. 

There will be a lot of ads, lot of zipcodes. It needs to be built to support the possiblity of a thousand plus zipcodes.


I would like to use wordpress for this. It might be helpfull if all the images and data are pulled from another server / website so that it does not slow down the server for the website? 

let me know some ideas and how you will go about doing this. This needs to be efficient and well written code.

Eventually I would like a login that will allow companies to log in and manage there own ads.

Please give me some feedback to this project. No generic resumes. I am purposely putting a lower fixed price so please bring all offers as to what it will cost to get this built.

Please be flexible, detailed oriented and be able to take the bull by the horns and think outside of the box for me!
