We are searching for a web developer to build a full featured listing application similar to bizbuysell.com, care.com.  Users will sign-up, create a profile, post listings and be able to search through listings and user profiles.  Users will also be able to send messages to other users, and save listings and profiles.  This will be a SaaS application that will need a 2-tier membership model to be tied to a payment gateway.  

Required Skills:

    * Must have already developed a listing or marketplace application in a scripting language (Php, Perl, Phython)
