We are needing a component developed for Joomla that will be a robust task manager.  Here is the functionality needed:

1. Tasks.  We need the ability to enter a task, set a due date (with pop up calendar) and then be able to mark it as completed when done.  Once completed there should be a display for upcoming tasks, and then one for completed tasks that show all tasks completed in last 30 days.

2. Users.  Users should be able to log in and create their own task lists.  If possible, we would love the ability to link the user task list with their Microsoft outlook task list.

3. Supervisor.  There should be a page for the supervisor that will list all users with tasks.  It will display all upcoming tasks, show tasks completed within last 30 days, and also the ability to add tasks to any of the users.

4. Email Reminders.  User should be able to request an email reminder sent to their specified email address that will remind them before the event happens.  They should be able to choose how many days before the event the email will be sent.  And it should default to send out an email the day of the event due date.
