I am looking for a Joomla expert. i have a website already built, but we are going to make some design and functional changes to it. Just to name a few:
-need a module , so client can edit tool tip for home page buttons.
-need to create template for single web pages, where users can download available content, by providing contact information and a security field.
-the template should work, so the client can add more download able contents to new pages, each new page will be added to the drop down under one of the main navigation items.
