HTML/CSS web designer required... 20+ pages to do...

Hi, I have a simple "ad network" type project that needs to be designed asap... The programmer has completed primary function in php, now the layout is required for him to implement things into.

will pay $50 for template design (note jpg already exists to give you accurate idea of design required) and for each unique page there after will pay $15.

At least 20 pages to code in html/css...e.g. front page, signup,view terms, confirmation page, view stats in every format etc etc

please post youe portfolio when bidding. I highly prefer UK based designers or people you can be online from 12 noon to 8pm GMT.

thanks... need to start on this asap... Additional Info (Added 2/20/2010 at 19:40 EST)... here is a sample structure... for each node there'd be a page, also I intend to add some 5-10 more nodes in there for when you get started.
