Modular CMS
Modularity is the focus, this will form the basis of a proprietarycompanysystem and more future work will be available.
We wish it to build a CMS system around the Zend framework, with a suitable templating system  it will be designed and coded in a modular manner focusing on code reusability.
We require the backend to be planned and structured before coding starts, it's not just a case of of you and code.
We require the application to be documented and commented.

The key requirement is a a robust highly flexible user management system based around zend's acl framework.

Their will be the general standard cms requirements edit update and create pages, manage menu's and categories.
Create and Insert slideshow gallerries into pages (fairly simple we will provide you with a structure for this).

The templating system must be able to manage multiple templates for different pages applied through a dropdown in admin and/or rules based.
Additional modules :-
News modules
Calendar module :- allowing events to be posted and events pending, front end will show a calendar with days highlited.
Members Section, when users login they will see local news and pages/messages relating  their local group.
Download section.

Theri is an existing a booking system written in asp, something similar would neeed to be created in php.

Their already exists a database of members this will form the basis of user account management they will update their details on first logon.

You will have to work with myself and my team as we will be handling front end design and a lot of the browser side  scripting.
