I need a the features of whoson.com I don't want an exact replica or anything but just the features they offer ..

Important:  I want to be able to resell this chat software to other people under my company name. I don't want an exact clone of it. I want it to be original work and it be powered by my company. I want the exact features of whoson installable version. I want to be able to issue single domain license to whoever buys it.

for example: customer purchases live chat script from my site
> they download it
> they install it
> During installation they are asked for a license key
> I give them a license key for that specific domain
> Presto their live chat script installed successfully on that one domain.

Again I want all features from whoson.com included on the live chat script plus a Ticket Support System and FAQ system. Whosons already has a click-to-call system.
