I have compiled some wireframes that I'd like to pay someone to make into an interactive demo.  The data that it would be pulling from multiple sources can all be faked so there is not any API work, or anything.

I DO NOT need graphic design work, I just want the AJAX/Jquery to make the User Experience look nice.  There are a bunch of pop-up divs, text sliding from one area to another, etc , etc.  

The end result will be an interactive demo that uses data stored in a database.  IT WILL NOT need graphic design, just a simple, plain, clean template can be used.

I have PHP framework for Facebook connect, too.

Right now there are about 10 pages (including pop'ups).

I will explain everything in the mockups.
