The owner set up all the access for the following below
 
Admin ( Basically the coder )
Moderators
i want 4 levels
a. Account verification - New users will be verified
b. Mod that can edit info 
c. Mod that check info only ( if user call to get their pass or access to their account )
d. Mod that moderate for account

Owners Company ( who supplied the ID for their clients )
1. Of course login in order the check the ID if its legit
2. ability to see all users or clients that bought id from them
3. ability to check if their income per id

Users:
can login to their account and view their account logs

can update their info ( but like i said it wont be updated till mod make sure its the proper user which meant that mod that access here can verify it )

can view their credits

can buy raffle tickets

can upgrade account

can upload photo & other files for verification purpose
 
Site will have a monthly raffle draw which relates to randomize numbers.
