Looking for someone who can implement a several new pages to an already existing website, create a form for purchasing(probably through google checkout) and downloading a file. 

Create a simple database to store email addresses of customers and create a simple form for sending out quick weekly emails to the customers. 

Turn the existing site into a Joomla site if necessary.
