Changes needed to web based software service 

I have just finished developing a web based software service for real estate agents (www.myleadbuddy.com), but there are a few relatively minor changes that the developer did not do, and I want them done before launching the service.  These are all listed in detail here:  http://www.redslip.com/MLB-quote.doc   Some of the items are specific and may need to explained.  You may login to the website by clicking the login link at the upper right corner and using the following login (username: testuser, password: okokok)

The site is developed in PHP/MySQL using the CodeIgniter framework with Active Records and the AJAX/client side programming is done using jQuery. 

Currently, I am only looking for a quote to finish the items in this list; however, there may be the opportunity to work more on this project with future changes and updates.
