Need to be SEO friendly. 

Need to have a intro with pictures. 
If flash is NOT installed there need to be place a picture on the spot where normal is a flash presentation.

Needs to have a gallery, a customer place where pictures are uploaded in a password protected area. 
Needs to have price list that are easy to change. (The whole site needs to be easy to change.)

Needs to have a music played when started. (Must be possible to turn of)

Needs to have a blog in it.
