Example Website: 
Step 1) A home owner wants to remodel their kitchen.
2) She goes to this website and posts her project
3) People bid, she awards someone and they start the project.
4) They both review each other.

We'll go over how the website will make money on the website once we award the project.

You may use drupal or create the site from scratch.
