I HAVE 2 PEOPLE NOW SAY THEY WILL DO THIS JOB IN MY TIME FRAME AND FAILED TO EVEN START.  PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS IT WASTES MY TIME AND I WILL POST NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.  I AM NOW UP AGAINST A TERRIBLE TIME CRUNCH.  I HAVE PAID FOR WEBSITE HOSTING WITH  GO DADDY.COM   i would prefer to have the site developed in joomla with virtuemart as the shopping cart.  i have to have this done by 2-19-10 or it will bad.  i want to pay someone a flat rate when it is done, because i have had 3 people now start and do nothing close to what i need and keep racking up hours and not communicating.  i will expect constant communication during the next 3 days.  i can use skype, email or taskcity messaging.
