We have a need for some software that will allow us to create interactive floor plans for real estate.

We need a stand alone application that will run on Vista.

We need to be able to insert an image of a house floor plan. We then need to be able to insert buttons onto the plan that link to images. For example each room in the house will have a button(s) or logo that can be clicked and or mouse move over to show an image(s). The software needs to be able to output this information as a flash or SWF file so it can be hosted on a clients server with all the capabilities that the aforementioned example has and be able to be customized for different clients and different real estate.
