Experience w/ mobile multi-platform development, e.g PhoneGAP, Appcelerator's Titanium Mobile
Experience using SQLite (mobile phone database)
Experience with camera applications need to take picture from application, save it in the phone and retrieve picture from phone to use by the application

Experience with security – subscription based premium service

Experience accessing data from web server database from mobile application

Premium service strategy

Experience with maps on mobile phone (i.e. google maps api, yahoo maps api, etc).  Should have multiple Map API setup to allow flexibility.

Experience with GPS

Website in conjunction w/ mobile app.
