Looking for a professional team or individual to develop a landing page for a portal using CMS system. We prefer the provider to be experienced with working with ad servers to stream and embed ads into the portal page, but this is not required. 

We will provide the direction for the look and feel and provide some design work, like logos and content placement for specific regions.

Notes: The last provider (ProSoftwares) failed to come through and failed to communicate progress periodically. If you are part of that provider network, don't bother to apply. Therefore you must have a strong history but a strong proposal and guarantee to meet the first milestone in the first week. That being a prototype of a page.

Key Requirements:

Use of an existing functionality of Drupal

Allow users to login and configure their profile settings (alias, password, avatar) and themes (color)

Allow the users to add preferred modules, widget and gadgets to specific regions in the portal page.

Embed advertisements from an ad provider (instructions will be forwarded upon award and signing NDA agreement)

Setup simple analytics in the portal page to identify the users to increment reward point system.

Provide a visible counter for reward points for users that revisit the portal page.
