I'm looking for an authentic, competent and highly skilled 3D web developer who has a company with a TEAM (NOT A ONE MAN BAND CLAIMING TO HAVE A TEAM - AS EVIDENCE WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED) and who can develop and launch a Virtual World like http://www.secondlife.com or http://www.imvu.com but create the layout and accessibility like http://www.habbo.com ONLY in relation to accessibility and functionality - it must be accessed as an 'in-browser' virtual world like Habbo, and not downloadable like Second Life and IMVU. The reason why i require the layout of my Virtual World to be like http://www.habbo.com , is because of it is very simple to use. EXCEPT MINE MUST BE IN 3D DESIGN.

This Virtual world must be accessible globally(multi-lingual) and on all mobile browsers (mobile phone application).

I need ALL THE FEATURES of http://www.habbo.com to be incorporated in my Virtual World except it must be created in 3D: 
i.e.:
- Foul language is controlled by Administrators just like on Habbo, and i will provide the winning bidder with the substitute word for foul language used by users for this Virtual World.
- Users are allowed to create their own rooms, houses,businesses and buy items in the Virtual World using credit (real money - paying by Visa/Debit card) etc
- There are many Official Rooms and many Catalogues to be created
- Users must be able to go on tours
- Users must be able to communicate with other users through IM chat exactly like http://www.habbo.com
- Users must be able to register/log in to the site
- Users must be able to revamp their image: i.e. change their eye colour, hair style/colour,skin colour, clothing , nails, facial features, height, weight, etc
- Short mini (continuously replaying) 3D movie clips must be viewed in appropriate Official rooms / Catalogue items i.e.: virtual television item

An idiots guide will be sent to the winning bidder along with confirmation of the setting. I already have a Project Plan in place.

This is a HUGE project, and I am looking for serious bidders. DO NOT apply for this position if you cannot cope with a huge project. ALL bidders MUST provide me with a profile of their experience, along with any work relating to similar projects.
