I need your price broken down into 2 - what is the cost to build the website and what is the cost to integrate the online courses into the website?

(1) Need a CMS site developed for a realtor. 

(2) Once site is completed I need a programmer to integrate a canned course that is purchased from a realty school connected to the new CMS site.

The owner is purchasing a canned real estate course. The course remains on the vendors server and they allow us to integrate into our new site. 

I need the cost broken down into 2 parts:

how much to build the real estate website

how much to integrate (hook up the course to our site)

Keep in mind, the real estate website is only for people to sign up to take the course. Not to sell homes or the usual real estate site, so we don't need lots of pages.
