The entire project will include: 
1. A user interface from Silverlight 3-4 RIA services
2. ASP.net webservices for an SOA interface 
3. WCF services for job scheduling and backend processing.
4. The database will be SQL server 2008.
5. The user interface will support English, Spanish, French, Deutsch, Netherlands, Chinese Traditional, Japanese
6. Data will be transfered using http/https or ftp/ftps or AS2 will need an engine...
7. UCC Label Printing
8. Manage User security, cutomers, trading partners, communication settings

Customers will be able to manage their EDI transactions manually through the UI and also see reports for batch jobs they or we have configured for them and scheduled.

We will need administration tools so we can manage the backend, customers and transactions then eventually invoicing and billing integration with our merchant account.

Preference will given to those with a off the shelf solutions or one that is close but needs minor to moderate customization to accomidate.
