However the site is for a french speaking country. You do not need to speak French However. All I need is to design the website as per description and we will take care of the rest.

1. We want the site to have the same look and feel like www.inc.com , i.e. Links and sublinks

2. The site has to have an integrated Community, which should be the same as http://econnect.entrepreneur.com/

3. Make sure that you use some of the latest technology available on the web.

3. We should be able from our side to run the website once it is completed. Which means, add articles,


add and suspend users,


add links and sublinks


So the admin section should be clean cut without any bugs whatsover.

4. Because users have to register, we will need a database too

This is our payment option:

We pay 1/3 of the budget after you complete the first part of the work.


We pay another 1/3 of the budget after you complete the second part of the work


We pay the last 1/3, when the work is completed.

Be aware that this is a web 2.0 project. I want exactly the feel and look of these websites combined together, meaning the same technology. Once the work is complete, we should be able to trabslate the links and sublinks into french. So bear that in mind.
