Our company is looking to provide churches with semi-custom websites. There are 3 templates that will need to be sliced and coded with CSS. These templates will be driven by a CMS that will allow the user to create and manage pages and content within their website.

Features of the CMS will include:
1. Ability to Add/Delete/Edit Pages and Sub Pages
2. Ability to Add/Delete/Edit Users
3. Ability to Add/Delete/Edit Page Content
4. Ability to Add/Delete/Edit Page Images
5. Ability to Add/Delete/Edit Audio, PDF, Video
6. Podcasting Capability
7. Site Search Capability
8. Search engine optimized code
9. Google Analytics and Google Compliant Site Map
10. RSS Feeds for Resource Content
11. Ability to Add/Delete/Edit Navigation Tabs
12. WYSIWYG and code-based editor


Final deliverable from provider should include the following for each template design:
1. Valid HTML/CSS UI template that is updated via CMS
2. Password Protected CMS to manage the website
3. Installer File

The final files should be able to be uploaded via ftp and installed via an install file to create Database.
