I need a programmer and web designer to use provided details to design a script and website. The site will act similiar to a payment processor where amounts of money are deposited by manually inserting the amounts into a user's account. Users can see how much money are in two separate accounts, (one funding account and one affiliate account) Programmer may be able to modify an old payment processor script to meet this design.
