I need a db for a property search website.

First we will need a "admin back office" to enter the properties/upload photos/pdfs.  This page will be secured and require login.  The person logged in will only be able to update their properties.  Admin will be able to update all properties.

Basically it will be website frontend to enter search parameters.  Then when you click Search it will show the results.

You can see on the results page what the user can see when viewing the property.

I will provide more requirements to accepted candidiate.

I think the best tool to write it in is PHP with mysql DB.  I am waiting on acceptance from a client for the job so the start date is not set yet.
