what i need-----
Okay first  i need someone who has the capabilities of developing an app that has the same functions of mob wars or mafia wars. I do not need an app but i will need to incorporate those functions in my site

I will need a simple design. Simple but crisp and fun. I really wont need a spectacular design becuase the content will be interestig enough. 

I will need a way for members to pay.
I will need a point system and similar functions of mob wars or mafia wars
Video capable .( This will be mainly a video sharing site)

this is a very simple site but requires proffesionalism, i dont think that the bids should be over 1,000 becuase the site doesnt require much besides the mob war functions.
