Need a website - employer/job board with search functions. I'll need Admin built on the back end for frequent updating.  Design must be clean with usability in mind, would like a community forum and blog forum

I need a script which can spider / crawl a list of specific URLs and grab - web scrape – harvest the job listings and other information related to them and then publish and display them on my website.

If user applies to that job or creates Resume, the entry will save on my own site.

When user applies for job it goes through email forwarding tunnel from my domain to original job advertiser 

Need it done on my domain.

Please advise if you've done a jobboard before or look at niche jobboards
