kajeet (visit kajeet.com) is a US-Based MVNO offering a safe mobile experience for kids.  The Android application extends our parental controls to kids using Android devices on any carrier.  Parents configure the controls from our web portal which syncs with the Android App installed on the kids phone.  The App will control calls, texts, MMS, and data use with blacklists, whitelists, and time-of-day restrictions.  The App shall work on Android devices 1.5+ and work within the standard Android SDK/NDK framework.  The project is laid out in 3 phases over 4 weeks.
