We have a custom C#/ .NET site and now need to create less than 10 web services to compliment actions already available to our web site users.

Here is an example list:

Comment create
Comment read
Rating

We'll send you detailed specs.  We have an existing data model.


Looking to model this after a RESTful pattern, or user XML-RPC calls.

You should know how to do both and the benefits of either and be able to help us choose based on cost and complexity.


Also, if you know a framework you would like to use, mention it, and we will give it some weight when deciding who to pick.
