We run a vBulletin forum version 3.8.4 at http://www.hometheatershack.com ... Home Theater Shack, and we need someone who can help us develop a couple of mods that work together.

First, we would like a "Reviews" section where members can post user reviews of home theater, audio and video equipment. What we are looking for is something similar to what you see at http://www.jemsite.com/reviews . Note that you are on their "Reviews" tab using that link. If you click on the review title, you are taken to a page that has comparison shopping... you will also a tab for specifications of that product. We want someone to help us develop/code a section like this.

Second, we would like a "Comparison Shopping" section similar to what you see at http://www.jemsite.com/shopping/ ... which is part of the above site with the Reviews section. Note that you are on the Comparison Shopping tab using that link.

We would like the comparison shopping pages to pull in products from our affiliates such as Amazon, Commission Junction, ebay, LinkShare, etc.

I am not sure how else to better explain what we want than to refer you to the website and pages that we are looking to replicate.  You may have to register with that site to get a good feel for what we are looking to do.  Of course we want it to look better than that site, but you can get a good idea of the functionality by following through their links, etc.

I certainly believe you will have to have an understanding of vBulletin and how the shopping can be integrated into our forum.  vBulletin uses templates.  We have actually already created pages where we would like the Comparison Shopping pages and the Reviews pages to start from... http://www.hometheatershack.com/forums/shopping and http://www.hometheatershack.com/reviews .

I do not know how fast you work, so it will be hard for me to know how long it would take you to develop this.  i am interested in hourly work... only fixed prices.
