All memberships are for one year with an option for automatic renewal. At the end of the year the accounts are closed and all funds remaining in the account are lost unless they are renewed automatically.
Upon renewal all funds are recharged by the same amounts and are added to any balance that is currently in the accounts.
There are various categories from which a member can make purchases. These are:  Curriculum , Newsletter, Workshops , Pen Friends , Educational Supplies, Learning Supplements, 
When a member purchases an item from any one of these categories, he can use the virtual money that is in his account. However, he cannot use workshop money to pay for anything other than workshops or curriculum funds to pay for anything other than curriculum resources. Each fund is category specific.
 If a member  wants to purchase a learning supplement and there is no fund, he must pay for it using paypal or by using an invoice.
The invoice form must have a place for the school purchase order number to be placed. There must also be a comment on each down loaded invoice that states that a copy f the invoice must be faxed or mailed to School House Curriculum Centre with the appropriate signature of the school administration of the school or school board. 

I must be able to change the prices of all memberships. The registration must contain the following information and be similar in nature to the tutormasters registration form

Chapal
School House Curriculum Centre is only for teachers; School House Canada is only for students and parents, as is  School House USA. These two are identical sites, except the banners will reflect that one is Canadian and the other is American. 
I want the Curriculum Centre to look professional. The home page will contain  a small frame with an educational quote along with a suitable graphic. The quote and the graphic will change every 10 seconds or so. So I will need a data bank to contain the quotes and the images that go with them.
In the contact Us page I want to have a place to put regional associates along with their phone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses as well a place for a short biography.
You can design the pages so that they look the best.
