We need a website which will encompass many social networking features combined with micro finance and a marketplace. 
Our website primarily facilitates lending and donating of capital from individuals and organizations to NGO's and MFI's. We also need to have a simple marketplace where NGO's can list products for sale.
Our website would have the look and feel of something like http://www.kiva.org but a substantially different purpose and scope. 

The details of specific processes and more elaborate User Interface specifications will be discussed with the right bidders. 

Since this is a non-profit website our budget is relatively tight at startup. But this is will be an on going organization with the need for programmers and software engineers for fine tuning. Successful Bidders will be given priority on all future work required by us.
