Client currently has a 36 page flash site that will be converted to an HTML site that is powered by the ModX CMS system. Core Design templates will be provided. 
Additional necessary functionality includes:
implementation of 20 photo galleries (avg 6 photos each - need to be resized)
News section with 36 items
RSS feed from Wordpress blog integrated into homepage.
1 contact form (can use ModX eForm plugin)
SEO friendly code-base and Modx tempalte variables for Titles and Meta Descriptions.
W3C valid site
Cross-browser compatible
