I need a news aggregator website developed. This site will:

1. gather content from 3 website sources (an aggregator windows service must be developed in .NET to extract data and store data in an sql server database)(xml file will store settings on how often will download data etc)

2. group related news together by indexing keywords for all records, finding relationships and creating clusters (we need more explanation on how this will be done from you)

3. display on site the news based on date/time and frequency of specific news from resources

This site is similar in concept to news.google.com

User:
- able to login into site and comment on news
- able to store in his profile favorite news
(this site is part of a bigger site and registration, login is handled by other part of bigger site so these pages don't need to be provided)
