We are looking for a company to develop or customize an ad management system and other basic function that will allow our advertisers to manage their ads (when it plays, what category it plays on, and set spending limited per ad based day, week, or month). The application will have a billing module to be used by adversiters to buy other services/products and add credit to their account so their ads can be played. The application will need to synchronize with other third-party software. The chosen development company will work closely with our internal web designers that will provide the design/layout.

The purpose of this project is to develop a Web portal for Company XZ in order to interact with our tele-information system, allow user to submit text information and advertisers to manage their accounts. Website will serve as a comprehensive information resource for users/members, advertisers and system administration. 

We are asking vendors to propose an environment that delivers a user friendly management system that will seamlessly interface with the tele-information system. The selected vendor will be required to work with this third party software to display specific information such as the when advertiser’ ads were played, synch the system to stop ads from playing if advertiser account doesn’t have credit, users and advertisers registration and other facets of our operations.
