4)  Description of job:  We need you to customize an existing web template.  You can see the sample template at http://175webdesign.com/design.php?templateid=25535
   a) There are a total of 9 pages that will need to be customized (we will supply all images and text).  
   b) What type of programming: OSCommerce, PHP, CSS, HTML
   c) Any additional custom programming: Install and set up OSCommerce and install template
5)  Revision policy:  If anything we have requested has not been completed then we need you to complete the job as described and then we need one round of revisions thereafter.  Please note that if something we originally requested is not complete and we ask you to complete it then that does not count as a revision. 
6) We require excellent communication with our developers. If you are unable to provide timely updates, please do not bid on this project. 
7)  We use Yahoo Messenger to communicate with our providers.
