We need a website created that is a fully featured auction site similar to http://www.bidray.com . We require the front end featuring user registration and management and a full admin backend. Specification will be provided. The auction site will be a little different from bidray or ebay but should be a straightforward build. You can create from scratch or customise an open source auction install, it's up to you as long as the functionality meets our requirements. Graphic design is not required but it should be built in a way that it's easy for a graphic designer to work on it later to skin and brand the site. More information is available if you contact us. Some of the example features the site will need to have: Create auction, set interest rate, set terms of sale, set buy it now, ability to place, accept, reject, view buy it now offers, transaction history, private message system, add/purchase selling credits via PayPal, ability for users to pay each other via direct deposit, cheque or PayPal at auction end, create new auctions, create new service ads, view listings, add attachments, comment section, feedback per transaction system with % ratings, basically standard auction type functions, all will be provided in the job spec.
