I have an existing website, written in PHP/MySQL.
But the code is not very clean. Its not very complex website.

Just the a Portal for the PizzaShops. Pizza Shops can Include there Menus under there name in Portal.

And the customer are able to search the PizzaShop in there are and can order online.
And the PizzaShop receives the order per Fax.


I need Code Cleaning.
1:: Clear sepration of View Layer atleast.
2:: Fax API wrapper, So that I can use different Gateways for differnt PizzaShops.
3:: Model Layer should use PDO if possible with Singleton pattern.
4:: I want to use differnt CSS files for differnt PizzaShops.
The above mentioned functions need only Code Cleaning and
the front page of the portal needs a new funcationality.

The Customers that want to search PizzaShop in his/her area Should be able to Search over Autocompleter - Can be Prototype/JQuery framework used.

And the searched shops should be displayed through GoogleMap.
And by Clicking on in GoogleMap on specfied shop should open that specific Page of PizzaShop.
