Need a very simple application that runs on a Palm Pre (and perhaps the iphone as well) that will transmit the current latitude / longitude and altitude to a fixed pre-programmed email address and web address.
Would like the application to have have a text box for a 500 character remark.
When user launchs the app, they fill in the text box with free form text and hit the send button. Need the palm pre to send the lat  / lon / alt and text to both an email address and also perhaps as hidden fields to a web address.

Need fixed price quote for such an application delivered with source code.
