I need to upgrade three of my existing sites. The upgrades are quick and easy and I need someone who can start right away, work quickly through the list so that it is completed and reviewed by 30 January. If these upgrades go well, I will award part 2 of our list to you which includes the development of 2 new sites in addition to more upgrades of existing sites. My target price for this work is $250. I will pay a bonus if the work is completed by 15 January. Here is the list:

1. Remove old php forum (erasing previous entries) and upgrade to latest version (with spam protection)
2. Add to admin, the ability to download/upload by excel sheet, the list of products being reviewed with their all information pieces (ie, manufacturer, product name, user, star ratings, and comments. This will allow us to remove spam reviews. Also add the ability to download the member list and quiz responses by excel.
3. Reposition the review so that the margins between the top and bottom of the site are not so large.
4. Add google ads to the website (we have an existing account)
5. Rebuild the top graphic and background graphics to make this more of an appealing website to fly fishermen. An example site is: http://www.takemefishing.org/

9. This functionality is currently not working properly and needs to be fixed. You will download the existing site from godaddy and:
a. Fix the capability to upload, via admin panel, the .pdf files and their titles which will be available for download to users. Like: http://www.europtionfund.com/download.htm
b. Add the ability in admin to upload files (via excel) which then show monthly performance on the website; exactly like this in features: http://crescentbaycapital.com/performance
10. Make modifications to color scheme (dark blue, dark grey, and white) and homepage graphics for html site
a. Graphics work: I want the “folders” to visually appear more like folders.
b. Make a flash version of the website that is professional and dresses up the site. The flash-based home screen will incorporate a black and white video of a waterfall in a small river, salmon swimming, and salmon jumping over a waterfall. Links will then appear over this screen. c. A transition is necessary from the landing page described above to the main site which includes the flash links. Your creativity is needed here to make this site look great!
d. A clever, page loading animation is needed. Perhaps flowing water or fish swimming around and rising to the surface and jumping over a small water fall.
e. Add adobe flash detector and create animated flash site for flash enabled computers.
f. Movies with or without sound will rotate upon login, load three movies for your work. I can send you a movie of a waterfall to use, you must find the salmon swimming and salmon jumping clips.
11. Add to admin the ability to add, delete, include, exclude, and determine the order that these movie backgrounds are shown on the website.
