I'm looking for a flash developer who can create a digital magazine viewer in flash (good readable documented actionscript 3 code).

The basic idea is to have the same functionality as:

The flash application will have to load it's settings from an xml from the website. The number of pages, and pagesizes will not be fixed. Also some basic layout options should be settable using the config

Flip animation by pulling the edge
Next/Prev page first/last page
Enter page by number
Zoom (various levels)
Tool-tip
configurable (by settings) look (buttons / colors)
Help menu
Small overview of thumbnails
Clickable fields + tooltip (from xml)

I would like to do this in a couple of milestone to ensure good quality of the work.
