B) Functionality:

Sys Admin and Advertiser Accounts:
 Sys Admin can create / manage administrator accounts
 Advertisers create / maintain account
 Automatic "forgot password" utility generates, resets and emails new password
 Advertiser uploads verification data (scan of drivers license / image with current newspaper)
 Verification data is easily retrieved by system administrator from the accounts search/list/view tool.

Profiles (Ads):
 Images / Text / Audio greeting / Video clips
 Up to six pictures
 Picture update timestamp saved in database
 Allow free picture update once a month
 Prior to free picture update date, allow update and charge $10
 Images can be cropped, resized and facial blur added within the advertisers' control panel
 Advertisers schedule at each location (city) (up to four locations)
 Advertiser personal details section (hair, eyes, measurements, natural / enhanced bust etc)
 Fees
Advertiser can create / maintain blog within the site (Separate Quote )
Advertiser can duplicate banner links from City Links Section within their own profile / ad

Locations:
 Advertiser can select up to four locations (cities) to associate with her ad

Mobile Friendly 
 Advertisers' control panel must be fully functional on a mobile device.
 Advertiser must be able to create her ad and upload images, text and audio clips from a mobile device.

 Administrator must be able to approve / publish ads via mobile device
 Site users must be able to browse / search listings (ads)  via mobile device
 Contact numbers  / emails should be selectable and allow auto-dial / bring up email app.

Multi-lingual.
 Site text / nav / help / faq components must be multilingual (either via  content manager or a directory  / translated page structure). Please quote for both options.
 
Search and Advanced Search
 View all ads selected by location, category,  sub-category
 Advanced search on personal characteristics (hair  / eyes / measurements etc)

City Calendar ( please quote separately )
 Collates advertisers schedule information from database to create a central "who is available on this date in this location" calendar.

City Personal Classified Section
(Similar to backpage.com)
 Text ads plus two thumbnail pics
 Post without creating account
 Ads must be approved by sys-admin before posting
 Auto search for forbidden words / acronyms (table driven with utility to add words/phrases to table)
 Notify posters that classified ad contains forbidden words and refuse to accept ad
 If want to link city classified to a profile ad via thumbnail, must log in to do this.

City Links Section:
 Business listings:
 Multiple classifications (select list: eg strip clubs, massage parlors)
 Banner links or simple text links with phone #’s 

Advertisers' control panel
 Personal Account management (password / address etc management)
 Advertisement (profile) management (images  / text / audio / video upload / delete)
 Schedule / Location management
 Place four free ads in the city classifieds per month (one per week)

Admin control panel
 Basic functionality must be usable via mobile device
 All new / changed ads subject to administrative review 
 ->List new / changed ads with color coding for new / changed
 ->Select ad from list to view
 ->Button-> OK -> publish ad
 ->Button->Not Ok->Open email app with advertisers' email address preloaded to send rejection email and explanation

Fast and flexible response to maintenance requests.
 This system may require development to include new features, and due to 24/7 
 availability to paying clients, must have a very rapid bug fix turnaround.

Interface to third party billing.
